RETURNS

The returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange can not be offered to you.

Claire Murdock Ceramics, takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of her products. All of her pieces are individually handcrafted on the wheel and contain passion and character represented by their maker. It is important to Claire that her customers are happy with her products.

All items must be returned to Claire's studio or home address and sent back in the same condition you received it and within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you.
All returns must include proof of purchase in the form of a receipt of shipping slip.
Please ensure items show no signs of use.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you find any items in your delivery to be damaged you must contact Claire immediately, All damages must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date, Unfortunately she will be unable to look into damages if they are reported more than 3 days after the delivery date. Please contact Claire for further information or to report any damages.
Returns will gladly be accepted of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping where photographic/signed for proof can be given on receipt of your shipped order and reported within 3 days of delivery date.
A full refund / credit note for the value of the order / full replacement order are the options available to you.
Any item damaged from use, general wear and tear, we do not accept. All items must be returned in showroom condition. It must also be in the original packaging to receive an exchange / full refund.

FOR GIFTS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase only if accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Gift cards are non-returnable, and non-refundable.

FOR CUSTOM DESIGN/COMMISSION WORK:
No returns or exchanges.
All custom work is made to order and will not be returnable under any circumstances.

SALE, SECONDS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS:
No returns, no exchanges.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Item with obvious signs of use
box or packaging that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Claire will send you an email to notify you that she has received your returned item. She will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at clairemurdockceramics@outlook.com and send your item to: Claire Murdock Ceramics, 116 Brookfield Gardens, Ahoghill, Ballymena, BT42 1LP, United Kingdom.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, Claire will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Claire Murdock Ceramics, 116 Brookfield Gardens, Ahoghill, Ballymena, BT42 1LP, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It can't be guaranteed that your returned item will be received.
